Terms of Service

3.1 Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age, or 16 years of age with verifiable parental consent, to register on TriLabs. By registering, you represent that the information you provide is accurate and complete.

3.2 Account Responsibility

You are responsible for:

• ●Maintaining the confidentiality of your password
• ●All activity that occurs under your account
• ●Notifying us immediately at hello@trilabs.in if you suspect unauthorized access to your account

You may not share your account credentials with any other person. One account is permitted per individual.

4.1 Enrollment and Access

Upon successful payment, you are granted immediate, personal, non-transferable access to the enrolled internship series. Access begins on the date of enrollment and does not expire for the duration of the series.

4.2 Self-Paced Structure

Our internship programs are self-paced. There are no fixed start dates or deadlines unless explicitly communicated for a specific batch. You may progress through tasks at your own schedule.

4.3 Task Completion Requirements

To earn your certificate:

• ✓You must complete all tasks in the series
• ✓Each task requires a minimum passing score of 60 out of 100
• ✓You are allowed a maximum of 3 submission attempts per task
• ✓On the third attempt, a minimum score of 60 is auto-awarded to ensure you can progress

4.4 Academic Integrity

Our platform includes measures to assess the quality and authenticity of your prompt submissions. You are expected to:

• ●Write your own prompts — not copy from peers, internet sources, or other students
• ●Engage genuinely with each task rather than attempting to game the scoring system
• ●Apply the concepts taught in the module to your submission

4.5 Certificates and Letters of Recommendation

• ✓Certificates are issued automatically upon completion of all tasks in a series
• ✓Letters of Recommendation are issued simultaneously with the certificate
• ✓The Professional Certificate (all 3 series) is issued upon completion of Series 003
• ✓All certificates include a unique QR-verified code and are verifiable at trilabs.in/verify
• ✓TriLabs reserves the right to revoke a certificate if post-issuance fraud or academic integrity violations are discovered

4.6 Offer Letters

An offer letter is issued automatically upon enrollment confirmation. This is a formal document confirming your participation in the internship program. It is not an employment offer and does not create an employment relationship between you and TriLabs.

4.7 Live Sessions

Live sessions are conducted periodically and are announced in advance. Attendance is optional but strongly recommended. Sessions are not recorded by default. Missing a live session does not affect your ability to complete the internship or earn your certificate.

6.1 TriLabs Content

All course content, video scripts, task designs, playbooks, templates, certificate designs, branding, and platform code are the intellectual property of TriLabs AI & Tech Solutions. You are granted a limited, personal, non-transferable license to use this content solely for your own learning.

6.2 Your Submissions

You retain ownership of the prompts you write and submit as task responses. By submitting, you grant TriLabs a non-exclusive, royalty-free right to use anonymized examples of high-scoring submissions for educational demonstration purposes, without identifying you personally.

11.1 By You

You may close your account at any time by contacting hello@trilabs.in. Closing your account does not entitle you to a refund of any amounts paid.

11.2 By TriLabs

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates these Terms, engages in fraudulent activity, or poses a security risk to the platform. In cases of termination due to policy violation, no refund will be issued.
